My name is Yvonne (Yve) Brockman and I am a registered licensed realtor with a prestigious brand that is very well recognized in the GTA and cottage country, Harvey Kalles Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage. 

I moved to Wasaga Beach from midtown Toronto about 8 years ago, but I’ve been coming to Wasaga all my life. In fact, my parents owned and operated a restaurant in Wasaga that is now called Barcelos. After selling real estate in Toronto, I decided to move here permanently to enjoy the benefits of being close to nature and family. The biggest draw aside from family is the beach. I am a swimmer and love going for long swims in the beautiful clear waters of Georgian Bay.
